These terms apply when you use Neo's websites and apps (the "service"). By using the service, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use it.
Access
You must be at least 13 years old, and old enough to agree to these terms where you live. Access may be limited to invited users. You are responsible for what happens under your account.
Your content
You keep ownership of what you send to and create in the service. You allow us to store and process it, and to share it as our Privacy Policy describes, only as needed to provide the service to you.
Others' content and third-party services
The service may show you content that other people created, and may work with third-party services or accounts you connect. We are not responsible for them, and you are responsible for your own third-party accounts and any costs on them.
AI output
Parts of the service use AI, which can be wrong, incomplete or out of date. Check anything important yourself, and don't rely on it for medical, legal, financial or safety decisions.
What you must not do
- Break the law, or use the service to harm, harass or deceive people.
- Send spam, malware, or content you have no right to share.
- Try to reach other people's accounts or data, or get around the service's limits.
- Attack, overload or reverse engineer the service.
Suspension and changes
We may limit, suspend or close an account that breaks these terms or puts the service or other people at risk. We may change or stop the service at any time. If we update these terms, we will change the date at the top of this page. You can stop using the service at any time and ask us to delete your account.
No warranty
The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows.
Limit of liability
To the extent the law allows, Neo is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for lost data, profits or revenue. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the service in the 12 months before the claim.
